Since the outset of the COVID-19 situation, Boston Pizza has aligned its operating policies and procedures to carefully follow and reflect the most current direction and mandates of governments and public health authorities across Canada. St-Hubert is closing its dining rooms, but the delivery service and the pick up counter will remain operational for all restaurants, albeit with a reduced menus.  Details below. Preventive measure to limit the spread of COVID-19 Laval, March 16, 2020 Les Rôtisseries St-Hubert Ltée has decided to close the dining rooms of all their restaurants until further notice. This preventive measure is intended to favour the safety or our customers and employees and limit the spread of COVID-19. While closing the dining rooms, the banner will introduce reduced menus, effective tomorrow, which will simplify operations. Note that the delivery service and the car order services will remain operational for all restaurants.
